Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer printing requirements.
- Coordinate with the Estimation Department to obtain accurate pricing and production costs.
- Present quotations and printing proposals to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and project terms with customers and estimators when needed.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams.
- Monitor order progress and keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with printing services.
- Support business growth by promoting the company's commercial printing solutions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer printing requirements and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of commercial printing processes and products.
- Experience in handling quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
